Qualifications

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field with a strong focus on sustainability.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural sustainability consulting or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of sustainable design principles, green building rating systems (e.g., Green Star SA, LEED), and energy efficiency strategies.
• Proficiency in relevant simulation and analysis software (e.g., eQUEST, EnergyPlus, IES VE).
• Experience with architectural design software (Revit, AutoCAD) is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical information.
