Placements24 in Queenstown (Eastern Cape) seeks a meticulous Architectural Drafter to support the architectural team. You will translate design concepts into precise drawings, creating detailed CAD plans, sections and elevations for construction projects while adhering to company standards.

Ideal candidates hold a National Diploma in Architectural Technology or Draughting, 1–3 years' drafting experience, and strong AutoCAD skills; Revit is a plus.

Qualifications

1-3 years of architectural drafting experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; Revit is a strong advantage.
National Diploma in Architectural Technology or related field required.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and details using CAD software.
Assist in development of construction documentation with accuracy and completeness.
Revise drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, and project managers.
Maintain organized drawing files and project documentation.
Ensure drawings adhere to company standards and project specifications.
Support preparation of presentation materials and design visualizations as required.
