Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or Urban Design.
• Proven experience in architectural design, with a strong emphasis on urban regeneration or community-focused projects.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino).
• Excellent conceptual design skills and a strong visual presentation ability.
• Understanding of urban planning principles, zoning regulations, and public participation processes.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the North West region or similar urban contexts is advantageous.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant design experience and creative problem-solving.
