Currently, we're building a residential community in the Austin area - crafted for those who value wellness, sustainability, and intentional living. At the same time, we're in the process of acquiring additional land to expand into commercial and hospitality projects.

This next phase will bring to life a bold mix of experiences:

• Short-term rentals in unique structures like cabanas, yurts, and treehouses
• Multi-purpose event spaces for music, wellness gatherings, and creative workshops
• Spring waterway for lounging, swimming, community with potential integrated bathhouse
• Comfort and rest stations with hammocks, hanging beds, and immersive gardens
• And many more impossible amenities like desert caves, geothermal springs, and sensory landscapes

What You Have

• 5–12 years of experience in architecture, experiential design, or conceptual design
• A portfolio that shows range: residential, commercial, hospitality, and ideally wellness-focused projects
• Experience in conceptual design with an understanding of how to make it buildable
• Proficiency in Revit (this is a must)
• A strong eye for design, creativity, and innovation
• Ability to work remotely and independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Exposure to urban planning or commercial master planning
