The ideal candidate holds a professional Architecture degree, at least 12 years of consultancy experience, SACAP registration, and a track record of managing large projects while ensuring regulatory compliance and constructability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in architectural practice, with a focus on consultancy or advisory roles.
• Registered professional architect with SACAP and possibly a professional certification in project management.
• In-depth knowledge of South African building regulations, planning laws, and construction methodologies.
