Placements24 seeks an Architectural Project Manager to oversee projects in Richards Bay and surrounding areas. The role combines site presence with remote planning and administration to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality results.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage schedules and budgets, conduct site inspections, and maintain strong client and regulatory relationships across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in Architecture or related built environment discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive architectural project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and contract law.

About the Role

You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
