Job summary

NoCTUS Engineering Architects is seeking a SACAP-eligible Architect to contribute from week one by producing precise, buildable drawings and running site evaluations against BS EN/ICAO standards. You will coordinate directly with consultants and contractors to keep the programme on track, with oversight from a SACAP-principal.

The role offers exposure to international projects and premium Cape Winelands residential work, with a focus on accuracy and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• B.Arch or equivalent, registered or SACAP Candidate Architect status eligible.
• Working knowledge of BS EN standards; ICAO/FAA exposure an advantage.
• Own transport; Paarl-based office.

You carry real project responsibility from week one: constructing clear, buildable details, running site evaluations against those standards, and answering directly to a Pr.Arch SACAP 7922 principal — not queued behind three tiers of sign-off.
