Cosmo Central Group is seeking an experienced Architect to turn ideas into practical, innovative spaces. You will develop designs across stages of the process, coordinating with internal stakeholders and project teams to deliver commercially practical solutions.

The role emphasizes strong Revit capability, collaboration, and a hands-on approach to design and construction. An Honours in Architecture is required, with SACAP registration being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Honours-level qualification in Architecture.
• Approximately 5–10 years of architectural experience; capability-based consideration also possible.
• SACAP registration highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in Revit essential; rendering/visualisation experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine architectural concepts, layouts and design solutions.
• Produce and coordinate detailed architectural drawings and documentation.
• Work with construction, development and internal project teams.
• Ensure designs are practical, innovative and aligned with project requirements.

Are you an experienced Architect who enjoys turning ideas into practical, innovative spaces?

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong architectural capability with a practical understanding of construction and enjoys working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative development environment.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and project teams to develop creative, commercially practical design solutions and contribute across various stages of the design and development process.

What You’ll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For

• An Honours-level qualification in Architecture
• Approximately 5–10 years' architectural experience; candidates outside this range may also be considered based on capability and experience.
• Experience across architecture, design and construction.
• Previous experience working within an architectural practice, property developer or similar built-environment environment.
• Strong proficiency in Revit is essential.
• Rendering and visualisation experience would be advantageous.
• SACAP registration is highly advantageous.
• A Project Management qualification or course would be beneficial.
