Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect located in Nelspruit. The Architect will be responsible for creating architectural designs, managing projects, and ensuring the integration of various software and systems. Day-to-day tasks include drafting blueprints, liaising with clients, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role requires close collaboration with other team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Architecture (or related field)
• Postgraduate in architecture
• Strong proficiency in Revit for 3D modeling and BIM (Building Information Modeling)
• Familiarity with additional software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar is an advantage
• Good understanding of architectural principles, building materials, and construction processes
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors
• A proactive attitude, eager to learn and improve your skills
