SNHA, a Woolpert Company, is hiring a Project Architect to join our dynamic Buildings Team at our Johannesburg, South Africa office. This position reports to the Regional Team Leader and is responsible for leading a team in the development and delivery of all project deliverables. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 6 years of related experience. Priority will be given to candidates who are SACAP registered.

Responsibilities

1. Lead a team in the development and delivery of all project deliverables from concept through completion, including construction and closeout.
2. Collaborate with firm leaders, Project Leads, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-performing, complex projects for major technology clients.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 6 years related experience.
2. Architectural Qualification.
3. Strong design and problem-solving skills, with experience on complex projects.
4. Commitment to staying informed on the latest architectural technologies, materials, and sustainability practices.
5. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit; BIM proficiency is an advantage.
6. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams) and Bluebeam.
7. Strong digital modeling skills, well-developed organizational skills, and excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• SACAP registration is preferred.
