Boardroom Appointments seeks a Debtors Clerk (Accounts Receivable) based in Marshalltown, Johannesburg for a fixed-term contract of 3.5 months. Start date ASAP.

You will own the full AR function, issue invoices, apply payments, and produce debtor reports while ensuring tight controls and accuracy. The role requires hands-on Sage Intacct experience and a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, with 2–3 years in AR.

Qualifications

• Prerequisite: diploma or degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Hands-on Sage Intacct experience is essential.
• Minimum 2–3 years in a Debtors/Accounts Receivable role.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full debtors / accounts receivable cycle.
• Raise and process invoices accurately and timeously.
• Allocate and reconcile incoming payments.
• Follow up on outstanding balances and manage debtor collections.
• Resolve billing queries and discrepancies.
• Perform debtor reconciliations and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare debtor reports and assist with month-end processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and procedures.
• Immediately available and able to work under pressure.
