Job summary

Gibela Rail Transport Consortium seeks an APSYS and CI Manager to lead end-to-end performance improvement and Lean transformation. You will deploy APSYS frameworks, governance, and digital tools while fostering a culture of continuous learning across PRASA and TSSSA sites.

The role focuses on SQCD delivery, audits, and standardization, with engagement across leadership and operations to drive reliability and efficiency in a multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience.
• Proven track record in continuous improvement and Lean deployment.
• Strong leadership and cross-site coordination capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive end-to-end performance improvement and Lean transformation across sites.
• Define and deploy SQCD performance frameworks and dashboards.
• Govern and audit APSYS maturity, audits, gap analyses, and best practices.
• Drive digital tools, analytics, and knowledge sharing to raise efficiency.
• Lead and coach CI teams and engage stakeholders across functions.
