The Apprenticeship: Millwright programme consists of theoretical learning (at an accredited learning centre) and practical application training on the job (working shifts, weekends and public holidays).

N2, With Four (4) Subjects Relevant To The Trade

  • Engineering mathematics
  • Engineering science
  • Electrical (advantageous)
  • Mechanical
  • Mechanical and electrical drawings
  • N3 qualification
  • Matric

Experience Requirements

  • Some relevant work experience
  • Curious mindset with good problem-solving (reasoning) skills & communication skills.
  • Ability to function in a team and contribute to a high-performance pressurized environment.
  • Be a go-getter that wants to learn, find solutions for challenges & use initiative.
  • Enjoy working with mechanical systems and technically inclined.
  • Analytical & logical thinker with attention to detail.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and enjoy working with your hands.
