Job description

Key Outputs

1. Successfully complete all theoretical learning, practical training and skills assessments
2. Apply all skills learnt in the workplace
3. Complete necessary documentation for the required experience building (Logbook, Training records)
4. Maintain a safe working environment (according to safety policy and procedures)
5. Achieve individual balanced scorecard and KPI’s
6. Effective self-management and performance ownership
7. Accurate reporting on task completed and related documentation/administration
8. Productivity and cost control
9. Safety, Risk and Contamination Control

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

1. Grade 12/ Matric with N3 level mathematics and physical science or FLT(Foundational Learning Certificate)
2. N2 or higher: Maths, Science, Trade Theory and Technical Drawings
3. NCV4: Maths, Physical Science, Industrial Science, Diesel Trade Theory, Technical Drawings and /OR Electrical Trade Theory.
4. Valid Driver’s Licence – Code B (to be obtained before trade test)
