Placements24 is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Bloemfontein team as Apprentice Construction Workers. This on-site apprenticeship provides hands-on training across multiple construction trades on projects throughout the Free State.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid South African ID.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Basic understanding of construction site safety is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks on site.
• Learn and apply safe construction practices on site.
• Operate and maintain basic construction tools and equipment.
• Perform general labor duties including site preparation and cleanup.
• Transport materials and tools as needed.
• Follow instructions from site supervisors and experienced workers.
