About the Role

Our client, a leading provider of HVAC services, is seeking motivated individuals to train as Apprentice Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technicians. This is a unique opportunity for aspiring technicians in Benoni, Gauteng, ZA , to gain essential skills in installing, maintaining, and repairing cooling and heating systems for residential and commercial clients. The apprenticeship combines practical, on-site training with classroom instruction, covering refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and troubleshooting techniques. You will work alongside experienced technicians, learning to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and conduct preventative maintenance. A strong focus on safety and customer service is expected. This role requires individuals who are comfortable working in various environments and possess a strong aptitude for technical problem-solving. The hybrid nature of this role allows for flexible arrangements where field work is complemented by necessary administrative or training tasks that can be done remotely.
