Blacksmith Agency is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel, researching accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking meetings with qualified prospects.

In this role you will use tools like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to execute personalized outreach and maintain accurate CRM records while hitting volume goals with quality at every touchpoint.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as SDR/BDR in SaaS or agency.
• Strong written communication and outreach personalization.
• Experience with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and pipeline management.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.

• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
