Blacksmith Agency is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to operate across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, and craft personalized outbound outreach to fill the top of the funnel.

You’ll book discovery calls for Account Executives and maintain clean CRM records to support a high-velocity pipeline. This remote role emphasizes thoughtful outreach using LinkedIn, email and phone, with strong emphasis on quality touches and targeted messaging.

Qualificações

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Experience with Salesforce and pipeline management.
