NR Socials is hiring a remote Appointment Setter based in South Africa to book and qualify leads for UK clients. You’ll work during UK business hours (9am–5pm GMT/BST) and earn a £1,250–£1,500 monthly base with a £300 monthly performance bonus.

The role focuses on fast follow-ups, accurate CRM notes, and turning inquiries into booked appointments. Previous call center or sales experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Call every new lead fast, while they’re still interested.

• Confirm appointments and remind leads, so they actually turn up.
• Re engage leads who went quiet or didn’t show.
• Keep accurate, up to date notes on every lead in the CRM.
• Feed back what you hear on the phone, so we can improve our ads and our offer.

About NR Socials:

NR Socials is a client acquisition company for home improvement, trades and local service businesses. We build systems that put qualified appointments in our clients’ calendars and then prove the return in pounds.

It works. One roofing client came to us at £2,500 a month in revenue and now does £110,000 a month.

Our ads generate the leads. The setter turns them into booked appointments. If nobody picks up the phone fast and follows up properly, the best ad in the world is wasted. That’s why this seat matters.

The role:

You’ll call and book appointments for two sets of leads. The first is homeowners who’ve enquired with our clients, booked in for a quote or survey. The second is home improvement business owners who’ve enquired with NR Socials, booked in for a call with our team.

This is an attitude hire, not a skill hire. We can teach you the script. We can’t teach you to want it.

What you’ll do:

• Call every new lead fast, while they’re still interested

• 60% of leads you speak to booked in
• 90%+ of booked appointments show up
• Every new lead contacted fast, every time
• No lead dropped without full follow up

What we’re looking for:

• Setting, sales or call centre experience is a bonus, not a requirement
• Excellent spoken English, as you’ll be on the phone with UK homeowners and business owners all day
• Comfortable working in a CRM
