We currently have several permanent roles available at our offices in Cape Town (Wynberg), Johannesburg (Sandton), and Durban (Umhlanga).

Position: Appointment Setter

We are seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter to drive lead generation and client engagement.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting strategic outreach, and scheduling key meetings for our business development team. Your expertise in outbound sales, relationship-building, and CRM management will be instrumental in securing new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Identification & Qualification: Research and identify potential clients aligned with target markets.
  2. Outbound Sales & Engagement: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage and qualify prospects.
  3. Appointment Setting: Schedule, manage, and confirm meetings with key business prospects, ensuring smooth handovers to the business development team.
  4. CRM & Pipeline Management: Utilize HubSpot and other sales tools to track leads, manage outreach activities, and maintain accurate records.
  5. Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns and compelling messaging.
  6. Follow-ups & Conversion: Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to ensure engagement and maximize conversion opportunities.
  7. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities to refine outreach strategies.
Technical Skills:
  1. Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing platforms.
  2. Strong proficiency in outbound sales techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking.
  3. Ability to manage and track multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
  4. Strong research skills to identify and qualify leads effectively.
Critical Skills:
  1. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
  2. Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing a high volume of prospect interactions.
  3. Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a focus on meeting and exceeding KPIs.

Experience & Education Requirements:
  1. 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales development.
  2. Experience in B2B sales, business development, or a related field is highly desirable.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Where and how you can work:
  1. Work on-site from our office in Ilovo, Sandton.
  2. Be willing to work non-traditional South African office hours.
  3. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
