Position’s Goal: The Appointment Setter is responsible for being the first point of contact for potential clients, engaging them effectively, understanding their marketing needs, and setting the stage for further interactions with the sales team. The goal is to enhance client satisfaction and optimize sales by ensuring potential clients receive exceptional preliminary customer service and are efficiently scheduled for follow-up interactions.

Key Functions and Responsibilities:

General:

  • Serve as the first contact point for potential clients, effectively engaging them in conversation to understand their marketing needs.
  • Focus on building and nurturing strong relationships from the initial contact, ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team for deeper engagement.

Daily:

  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, calls, and appointments scheduled with potential clients.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and efficient scheduling to maximize opportunities for the sales team.

Weekly:

  • Analyze interaction data to improve future engagements and report significant insights to the Customer Experience Manager.
  • Provide at least three qualified leads to the sales team per week.

Monthly:

  • Review monthly performance metrics with the Customer Experience Manager to assess and strategize on improving engagement techniques and client conversion rates.

Quarterly:

  • Participate in training sessions to enhance communication and engagement skills.
  • Review and update engagement scripts and approaches to align with current market trends and client expectations.
