Job Title: Appointment Maker/Sales Agent

Location: REMOTE INITIALLY but will become hybrid in Cape Town

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE COMPANY

Our client is looking for a self-motivated and proactive Sales Executive to join their team. Reporting to the Sales Manager and Business Partners, you will be responsible for supporting the sales function of the business within a growing team. Our client is a multi-skilled, award-winning team of filmmakers passionate about creating amazing commercial films for their clients. They produce film and video content for TV and non-broadcast platforms, and pride themselves on challenging client briefs to deliver impactful films that evoke real reactions from viewers. We are seeking an individual who can match the team's passion and enthusiasm for commercial and corporate film production. The ideal candidate is driven, focused, adaptable, and comfortable working outside a traditional corporate environment while also liaising with corporate clients when needed.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  1. Telemarketing / cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach
  2. CRM utilisation and reporting of stats
  3. Attending expos, conferences and networking events across the UK
  4. Achieving set KPIs on a weekly basis
  5. Other Demand Generation activities such as running email campaigns

WHO YOU ARE

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B prospecting and appointment making in the UK, preferably for a creative service provider
  • At least 2 years of telesales experience
  • High resilience and ability to handle rejection effectively
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and determined
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good self-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
