Job summary

The Foschini Group (TFG) is seeking an Applications Support Specialist II in South Africa to provide operational support for BI-enabled application solutions. You will handle complex incidents, liaise with vendors, and contribute to SLA achievement while improving system functionality.

You will work with BI developers and data analysts to analyze data, identify trends, and implement improvements across BI platforms including Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.

Qualifications

• Education: A relevant IT qualification.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in application support.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
