Job description

To ensure that preventative and reactive maintenance repairs are carried out on all Engen bulk delivery vehicles, in accordance with manufacturer's specifications and policies and procedures within acceptable time frames and within the approved budget and that strict compliance to HSEQ policies and procedures are adhered to.

What You'll Have Done Before:
  1. 3 years post-trade test experience in Diesel Mechanics.
  2. Experience in the fuel industry with specific experience in bulk tanker fleets.
  3. Experience in fuel tanker operations and ancillary equipment on tankers.
Exciting Challenges You Might Face in the Role:

Enforcing the implementation of applicable Engen procedures and guidelines and ensuring compliance with statutory and legislative requirements to safeguard business interests, image, and reputation.

What You'll Be Doing:
  1. Ensure that workshop procedures are followed at all times.
  2. Ensure daily administrative reporting is done and submitted accordingly.
  3. Interact with customers and service providers and ensure deliverables are met.
  4. Foster and sustain effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
  5. Drive the development of a competent working team.
  6. Adhere to Engen's Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) policies and Zero Tolerance (ZeTo) rules to ensure individual safety and that of others, safeguard business operations, and ensure Engen's compliance with industrial requirements.
