Are you an experienced Software Applications Support Analyst with a track record of leading a service desk within an IT Solutions environment?

Requirements:

  • 3 years+ experience in software support and testing

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Liaise between IT and various departments across global offices.
  • Applications support for in-house developed Online order entry system & RFID Inventory management system
  • Develop test plans and perform manual software testing
  • Generate and maintain Software User Guides & Training material
  • Manage query logs and route queries to developers where necessary
  • Follow/monitor new Implementations
  • Communicate important system notifications to users
  • Systems configuration
  • Customer/internal training on the Online order entry system
