Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Pump-related experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in selecting and specifying pumps to meet customer needs.
• Compile technical reports and proposals.
• Guide customers on a technical basis for product selection.
• Provide first-line technical support for pump applications.
• Assist with on-site installation of products.
• Perform system analysis and fault finding on-site.
• Support Sales representatives in presenting solutions.
• Ensure Customer Support quality assurance standards are met.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist in selecting and specifying pumps to best meet customer needs.
2. Compile technical reports and proposals.
3. Guide customers on a technical basis to the appropriate product.
4. Provide first-line technical support and consulting for pump applications.
5. Assist with on-site installation of products.
6. Perform system analysis and fault finding on-site, and compile reports with solutions and root cause analysis.
7. Support Sales representatives in presenting proposed solutions to clients.
8. Consistently meet or exceed Customer Support quality assurance standards.

Requirements for the Role:

• Strong mechanical and/or process engineering ability.
