About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will collaborate across multiple departments to translate business requirements into applications, integrations, and systems landscapes.

This individual must possess exceptional analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ICT-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Requirements and Workflow Analysis
   • Collaborate with departments to understand their application, workflow, and reporting needs.
   • Translate business requirements into functional solutions, considering existing systems, integrations, and landscapes.
   • Identify and recommend improvements to business processes, ensuring alignment with best practices.
2. Documentation and Reporting
   • Develop comprehensive documentation, including process flows, business requirements, implementation plans, and measurable outcomes.
   • Maintain accurate and updated records of all project deliverables and activities.
3. Stakeholder Management and Communication
   • Engage with stakeholders across all levels, including C-Level executives, to extract and clarify requirements.
   • Educate and guide stakeholders on best practices and solutions to meet objectives.
   • Manage key stakeholder relationships, addressing skill gaps where necessary.
4. Technical Expertise and Application Knowledge
   • Apply extensive experience with applications such as ERP systems, quoting tools, ITSM tools, and network management tools.
   • Experience with PowerBI or BI applications is advantageous.
   • Configure and deploy workflows to meet business needs.
   • Provide training to ensure effective use of new applications and workflows.
5. Leadership and Team Management
   • Supervise and mentor junior staff, supporting their development.
   • Provide guidance and learning opportunities.
   • Ensure team deliverables align with organizational goals.
6. Project and Time Management
   • Prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Business Analyst or similar role, with proven ICT environment experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP, ITSM, network management tools, and system integration.
• Preferred: Certification in Business Analysis or Project Management, experience with workflow configuration, and ICT systems knowledge.
