Key Responsibilities

1. Teesheet Integration Mastery

• Design, build, and maintain integrations with 25+ third-party teesheet platforms.
• Partner with external providers to ensure flawless data sync and system alignment.

API Development & Optimization

• Craft secure, scalable, and high-performing APIs to connect with external systems.
• Keep our APIs running like a well-oiled machine—optimized and future-proof.
• Monitor integrations proactively, spotting and resolving issues before they escalate.
• Debug and troubleshoot integration hiccups, collaborating with internal teams and vendors.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with product, support, and customer success teams to meet client needs.
• Contribute to planning and designing new integration projects.

Documentation & Insights

• Create clear documentation for integrations, APIs, and workflows.
• Provide regular health checks and performance reports.
• Stay updated on integration trends, tools, and technologies.
• Propose and implement upgrades to our integration processes and infrastructure.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience

• 8+ years in software development, focusing on API integration and system connectivity.
• Hands-on experience linking multiple platforms, ideally teesheet systems or similar tools.
• Comfort with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and modern development tools.

Technical Skills

• Backend development in PHP, Laravel, Node.js, or Python.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and data formats (JSON, XML).
• Database proficiency with SQL and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
