1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
3. Proven experience in business process services and data analysis.
4. Experience in business data analysis and reporting.
5. Proficiencies in data visualization and reporting.
6. A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.

1. Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus.
2. Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt, Tableau Desktop Specialist) a plus.
