Job Description

This role provides support for the management of foreign payments made by the organization. These tasks necessitate the efficient processing of foreign and shipping invoices.

Key Responsibilities

• Timely processing of foreign and local agent invoices
• Daily review and settling of payments made on Tradecloud
• Daily capturing of manual clearing entries on SAP
• Monthly reconciliation of foreign vendors
• Manage and maintain local agent reconciliations

Qualifications And Experience

• Matric required, with an advanced Diploma or equivalent certification in Finance/Accounting preferred
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience
• Experience on Tradecloud advantageous
