Hospitality and Outdoor seeks an experienced Anchor / Duty Manager for a luxury safari lodge in Sabi Sand. You will oversee front-of-house operations, concierge services, and guest relations to deliver outstanding experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in luxury hospitality, 2+ years in supervisory roles, and strong F&B knowledge. Live-in position with meals and a professional growth path within a renowned lodge environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ hospitality experience, preferably within a luxury lodge or five-star hotel.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or assistant management role.
• Strong hospitality and guest relations experience.
• Excellent concierge and reception management skills.
• Sound Food & Beverage knowledge.
• Understanding of dietary requirements and allergies.
• Financial administration and stock control experience.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• Computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury lodge and oversee front-of-house operations.
• Lead and develop lodge team to maintain luxury service standards.
• Manage reception and concierge services with attention to detail.
