What You’ll Be Stirring Up

1. Own and manage the end-to-end analytics product lifecycle—from ideation to market launch.
2. Define product vision, user requirements, and detailed specifications.
3. Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, analysts, and UX designers to build impactful tools in a lean/agile environment.
4. Lead product discovery, validate concepts, and create clear communication channels for stakeholder alignment.
5. Benchmark against competitors to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
6. Drive product deployment and cross-functional coordination for rollout, including change management.
7. Foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to ensure business alignment.
8. Support customer-facing teams with training and enablement materials.
9. Monitor product adoption, performance, and ROI; iterate based on insights and feedback.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
2. 3+ years in a product, tech, consulting, or analytics role.
3. Strong skills in communication, stakeholder engagement, structured problem-solving, and project management.
4. Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.
5. Experience in agile development methodologies (e.g., writing user stories, iterative design).
6. Proven track record of managing full product lifecycles from concept through optimization.
7. Familiarity with analytics, data modeling, or machine learning is a plus.
8. Self-starter with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
