Job summary

CDW is seeking an Analytics Tester to drive quality across data analytics initiatives, focusing on Power BI reports and dashboards. You will design and execute tests, generate representative data, and work closely with data analysts and developers to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights.

Ideal candidates will have strong BDD experience (Cucumber/SpecFlow), hands-on Power BI testing, and a solid grasp of datasets, SQL, and agile testing practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven Analytics Tester experience focused on data analytics testing, especially reports and dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of BDD techniques, tools (Cucumber, SpecFlow) and frameworks.
• Extensive Power BI testing experience including report and dashboard validation.
• Proficiency in dataset generation, SQL querying and data manipulation.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and testing lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, cases and scripts for data analytics solutions, focusing on reports and dashboards.
• Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria using BDD with business stakeholders.
• Create realistic datasets to validate accuracy, integrity and performance of analytics solutions.
• Perform end‑to‑end testing of Power BI reports, dashboards and visualizations.
• Collaborate with analysts and developers to identify and troubleshoot data issues.
