Position title

As an Analytics Engineer, you will provide clean data sets to end users, model data to empower decision-makers to discover actionable insights, and gain more value through data & analytics. You will be instrumental in creating data assets in the cloud platform, including interactive dashboards and ML/AI applications. You will be part of a digital transformation team with data analysts, analytics engineers, and ML engineers.

Role & responsibilities:

In this role

  1. You will increase data availability by making relevant, detailed, well-structured data available for analytics.
  2. You will leverage the cloud platform to build automated and scalable data pipelines, increasing overall data automation, quality, and transparency.
  3. You will be part of scrum project teams to create end-to-end data & analytics products.
  4. You will maintain documentation & definitions.
  5. You will act as a bridge between data engineering and data analyst functions.
  6. You will inspire others about the opportunities of modern analytics and train them in using datasets in visualization tools.

Your profile

Essential skills:

  1. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in cloud data & analytics (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or AWS).
  2. Hands-on experience in deriving insights from data and supporting dashboard creation in visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
  3. Ability to manipulate data efficiently and write clean, automated data pipelines. Extensive SQL and Python knowledge.
  4. Proficient in version control, testing, and continuous integration.
  5. Excellent collaboration and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  6. Intellectual curiosity and willingness to work outside your comfort zone.
  7. Good verbal & written communication skills in English.

Nice to have:

  • Preferably a university degree relevant to the job.
  • Experience with ML pipelines and data science practices.
  • Experience in a multinational environment.
  • Knowledge of other programming languages.
