Job Description

To support the Reporting & Control (R&C) Managers in the production of regular reporting & insights & analytics to enable the Financial Insights Leads, Head of Reporting & Control & businesses in delivering their strategic objectives. To deliver reporting relating to all aspects of profit & loss & the balance sheet. To produce budget reporting during the planning cycle, conducting analytical reviews of the data obtained to predetermined materiality & metrics.

Qualifications

  • Post Graduate Degree: Finance and Accounting
  • CA(SA)
  • CIMA

Experience Required

  • 5–7 years of expertise in financial/statutory accounting, with a solid grasp of accounting principles related to revenue, costs, liquidity, and balance sheet transactions. Ability to analyze relationships between financial elements to enhance the depth and accuracy of analytical reporting.
  • Proven proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and FMI, leveraging these tools for data management, reporting automation, and financial insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in identifying trends, variances, and key financial indicators to provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring accurate and meaningful financial reporting aligns with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
