Introduction

This role involves analyzing user requirements, designing, implementing, and supporting less complex technical systems.

Responsibilities

1. Analysis, technical design, and development
   Aligned with team processes and requirements, including developing technical specifications, designing, and coding solutions of greater complexity from technical specifications.
2. Maintain and support existing systems
   Interpret user requirements, translate into system design, investigate and resolve system issues, and ensure documentation is current.
3. Implement approved changes according to change control and security protocols.
4. Plan, organize, and control own work, providing regular progress updates.

Qualifications and Skills

• 3-year IT Diploma
• 3-5 years programming/analyst programming experience
• 3-5 years’ full stack development experience with .NET C#
• Experience with Angular, MS SQL Server
• Knowledge of Azure and AWS (beneficial)
• Experience in unit testing, Azure DevOps or TFS, Blazor, Xamarin (beneficial)
• Understanding of project management methodologies, Scrum practices, and Azure DevOps
• Relevant business process knowledge
• Ability to research and apply new technologies and trends
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within new structures and adapt to change
