Job Summary

To investigate, design, implement, and maintain Management Information (MI) and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to provide timely and accurate reporting and development of solutions to enable informed decision-making. This involves establishing and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships and applying deep knowledge of data systems in the core business context.

Job Description

Accountability: Management Information Production

• Source information from various data warehouses, marts, manual, and online systems based on business requirements.
• Package data into user-friendly management information for relevant teams and stakeholders.
• Develop new reports, formats, and standards based on user needs, using multiple technologies.
• Analyze data to derive insights and identify opportunities.
• Prepare customized reports as required by the business.
• Develop regular performance reports to support sales force performance measurement and management.
• Identify opportunities to automate reports and eliminate manual processes.
• Conduct special studies and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Perform ETL processing on the full Microsoft BI Stack, focusing on SQL.

Accountability: MI and Reporting

• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure clarity of objectives.
• Interpret data, identify issues, risks, and opportunities, and communicate insights.
• Design and build MI/BI solutions.
• Leverage analytical and creative problem-solving skills to develop comprehensive solutions.
• Ensure the integrity of reports and scripts for accurate data presentation.
