MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Corporate and Business Bank Environment
KEY PERFORMANCE INPUTS / ACTIVITIES
New Business
- Financial analysis & credit/investment process
- Deal structuring and execution of new transactions
- Participate in detailed due diligence
- Assist the Relationship Executive during initial client engagement
- Request, assess, and collate deal information
- Analyze financial data and develop financial models to assess deal feasibility and potential returns
- Prepare motivation papers and information packs
- Manage client expectations regarding approval processes and facility conditions
- Oversee the FICA process and finalize special conditions
- Coordinate and finalize legal documents
- Manage deal execution, including finalizing deal conditions (fees, etc.)
- Establish monitoring processes for the duration of the exposure (post-deal)
- Conclude deals efficiently, managing timelines and pressure
- Think strategically and advise on expected performance
- Gather client feedback upon deal conclusion
Existing Loans & Investments
- Maintain existing loan and investment portfolio
- Conduct performance reviews
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships
- Proactively manage renewals and reviews before expiry
- Monitor performance through financial statement and management accounts analysis
- Compare forecasts with actual results
- Conduct verification audits
