Frogg Recruitment SA is seeking a senior AML compliance professional to join our team in Cape Town. The role focuses on monitoring, reporting, and enforcing AML and FICA controls within our client base and internal processes.

The ideal candidate will have a matric with LLB (or equivalent), CAMS certification, and at least five years of experience in legal, law enforcement, or AML, with proven management capabilities.

• Matric with LLB or equivalent qualification.
• CAMS certificate (Money Laundering Control).
• 5+ years’ legal / law enforcement / AML experience.
• 5+ years’ management experience.
• FICA & AML / CFT knowledge and proficiency.
• In-depth AML knowledge and experience.
• Knowledge of financial products and services.
• Ability to analyse information from multiple sources.
• Ability to escalate sensitive issues discreetly.
• Attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Compliance and Reporting.
