Qualifications
- 5-10 years’ experience in the Aluminium industry in a similar role.
- Excellent technical knowledge of raw and fitted Aluminium products.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards and legal requirements.
Responsibilities
- Schedule installation teams and manage site inspections.
- Ensure quality control of window and door installations.
- Communicate and negotiate with clients on design aesthetics.

- On-site Final Measurements: Site inspections for final measurements before orders are placed for finished or manufactured products
- Client Communication and negotiations: on design aesthetics, quality control and final snags sign off.
- Site inspections to double check that all products have been installed correctly, according to site plan and quote sequences.
- Quality Control of installations of windows and doors
- Team management– Performance management of installation teams
Qualifications:- 5-10 years’ experience in the Aluminium industry in a similar role.
- Must have excellent technical knowledge of raw and fitted Aluminium products
- Will be responsible for ensuring that all Aluminium installers enforce standards of quality for all installations, and all statutory legal requirements as provided by: AAAMSA, SAGGA and the NHBRC, are adhered to and correctly implemented.
