Qualifications

• 5-10 years’ experience in the Aluminium industry in a similar role.
• Excellent technical knowledge of raw and fitted Aluminium products.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Schedule installation teams and manage site inspections.
• Ensure quality control of window and door installations.
• Communicate and negotiate with clients on design aesthetics.

• Installation team Job Scheduling: Ensure that all installation teams know what to do and when to do it.
• On-site Final Measurements: Site inspections for final measurements before orders are placed for finished or manufactured products
• Client Communication and negotiations: on design aesthetics, quality control and final snags sign off.
• Site inspections to double check that all products have been installed correctly, according to site plan and quote sequences.
• Quality Control of installations of windows and doors
• Team management– Performance management of installation teams

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years’ experience in the Aluminium industry in a similar role.
• Must have excellent technical knowledge of raw and fitted Aluminium products
• Will be responsible for ensuring that all Aluminium installers enforce standards of quality for all installations, and all statutory legal requirements as provided by: AAAMSA, SAGGA and the NHBRC, are adhered to and correctly implemented.
