Job summary

Vine Recruitment is sourcing an experienced Aluminium Installation Team Leader for Brackenfell, Western Cape. You will lead on-site teams responsible for the safe, efficient installation of glass and aluminium products, including windows, doors, shopfronts and balustrades.

You will read and interpret technical drawings, ensure quality and safety standards, resolve on-site issues and coordinate with management, clients and contractors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in aluminium/glass installation.
• Previous team-leading or supervisory experience.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s licence advantageous.
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
