Job description

3 Month Contract

We are looking for experienced Aluminium Boat Welders to join the production team on a temporary contract. You must have hands-on experience in MIG and TIG welding on aluminium boats, be deadline-driven, and strictly follow health, safety, and admin protocols.

Key Responsibilities :

Welding :

• Weld aluminium plates and extrusions using MIG and TIG techniques.
• Measure and cut aluminium to design specifications.
• Read and interpret welding / design drawings.
• Work according to production deadlines and schedules.
• Knowledge of 5083 Aluminium welding procedures.

Health & Safety :

Follow all safety protocols and wear correct PPE.

Report equipment or weld issues.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Ensure tools, chemicals, and equipment are safely packed away.

Administration :

File and store drawings securely.

Submit time and attendance records to management.

Follow company HR policies and procedures.

Requirements :

Experience & Qualifications :

Able to walk, climb, lift, push / pull heavy materials and equipment.
