Job Description : Alternative Income Sales Assistant

Purpose

Provide administrative support and drive income on the Inland Portfolio.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Increase revenue and initiate new projects across the retail sector with key functions including:

  1. Lease management: oversee the entire lease process from lead to exit
  2. Generate and manage lease expiry schedules
  3. Manage all arrears
  4. Generate new leads
  5. Manage all partner SLAs and agreements
  6. Ensure timely submission of all partner reports
  7. Coordinate film shoots and manage relationships with film/production houses
  8. Ensure efficient execution of shoots
  9. Manage media opportunities in-mall and exterior media to increase income and sales
  10. Ensure timely partner report submissions and identify new inventory opportunities
  11. Other Income Streams: Generate innovative ideas to create new income streams across sectors

Other Primary Responsibilities Include

  • Timely submission of checklists
  • Monthly reporting
  • Capex motivations
  • SLA and partner contract management
  • Maintain and update yield schedules
  • Council applications: Implement effective document storage strategies, including filing systems and routine updates for easy access

The above duties are essential for success in this role. The employee may be asked to perform additional duties as required by operational needs. The job title does not limit the employment relationship, and the employee is expected to undertake other tasks as requested.

Qualification and Experience

  • Degree/diploma
  • 1-2 years of experience in Alternative Income
