You will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections at various stages of the maintenance process, verifying documentation, and ensuring that all work performed adheres to company policies and international aviation standards. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive inspections of aircraft components, systems, and completed maintenance tasks to verify quality and compliance.
• Review maintenance records, work orders, and technical documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and document non-conformities, deviations, and potential quality issues, initiating corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant aviation regulations, manufacturer specifications, and internal quality procedures.
• Perform audits of maintenance processes and facilities to maintain high standards of operational excellence.
• Sign off on completed work packages and release aircraft back into service only after confirming all standards have been met.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Aircraft Quality Inspector or in a similar quality assurance role within the aviation industry.
• Hold relevant aviation maintenance certifications and a thorough understanding of aircraft systems.
• In-depth knowledge of EASA, FAA, or other relevant aviation regulatory requirements.
