Placements24 is seeking an experienced Aircraft Quality Assurance Manager in Randburg to lead the quality management system across aircraft maintenance and operations. You will build and guide a high-performing QA team, ensuring audits are conducted, and continuous improvement initiatives are driven to meet the highest safety and regulatory standards.

You will oversee CAPA processes and liaise with regulators during inspections, fostering a culture of quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of QA experience in aviation.
• Proven experience leading QA teams and implementing QMS (ISO 9001, AS9100).
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations and airworthiness requirements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
