Vacancy: Aircraft Mechanic – Production & Maintenance Technology - GERMANY

We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Mechanic with expertise in Maintenance Technology to join a leading aviation team. This role calls for precision, responsibility, and technical excellence in keeping civil and military aircrafts safe, compliant and operational.

Your Competencies
  • Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic.
  • Solid knowledge of manufacturing technology, structural repairs, and modifications.
  • Hands-on experience with aircraft conversions, modifications and defect rectification.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting, fault elimination and interpreting valid maintenance documents.
  • Strong quality awareness, reliability and accuracy in execution.
  • Good command of MS Office tools.
  • Flexible, resilient, and highly self-motivated.
Your Tasks
Production Technology
  • Document all work steps with precision and accuracy.
  • Perform visual inspections, fault-finding and compliance checks against manufacturer documents.
  • Replace defective structural components and carry out material processing.
  • Execute repairs and modifications in line with OEM / manufacturer instructions.
  • Manufacture and assemble components according to specifications.
  • Handle fastening materials and maintain complete documentation of activities.
Maintenance Technology
  • Perform base maintenance and repair work on aircraft.
  • Carry out independent troubleshooting and defect rectification according to qualifications.
  • Document all maintenance steps and findings.
  • Conduct visual inspections and interpret maintenance documents for accuracy and compliance.
