Alignerr Corp. in Cape Town is seeking Software Engineers to help build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code. The role is remote, hourly, with a commitment of 10–40 hours per week, offering flexible scheduling and independent work.

You will review AI-produced code across languages, identify issues, and provide clear, structured feedback to guide improvements. A strong foundation in CS and multiple languages is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in computer science or a related field.
• Proficient in one or more programming languages listed in the requirements.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Clear written communicator able to explain technical decisions in plain language.
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and frameworks.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured feedback explaining why code works or doesn’t.
• Design coding prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank AI-generated solutions based on engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously with flexible hours.
