C Ahead Digital is seeking an AI Tech Lead in Sandton, South Africa for an onsite role with a hybrid option. This is an urgent 12‑month contract to drive end-to-end AI and RPA delivery, architecture to production, and hands-on development.

You will mentor teams, review code, and guide enterprise integrations across SAP, Axway, and Azure Logic Apps. The ideal candidate will combine deep AI development with strong collaboration skills, enabling production deployments and close alignment with

Responsibilities

Build AI-powered applications using RAG, LLMs, Agentic AI, and Prompt Engineering.
Design and develop RPA and intelligent automation solutions.
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms including SAP, Axway, Azure Logic Apps, N8N, and .NET.
Work with SQL, PostgreSQL, Vector Databases, and AI APIs.
Deploy and manage self-hosted AI environments using Ollama and open-source models such as Llama, Mistral, and Phi-3.
Lead technical implementation from concept through production.
Conduct code reviews, pair programming, and technical mentoring.
