Placements24 seeks an experienced AI Solutions Architect to lead design and deployment of AI-driven solutions for enterprise clients from its Rustenburg base. You will translate business challenges into scalable AI architectures, leveraging cloud platforms and automation to deliver transformative capabilities.

The role demands deep AI/ML expertise, cloud familiarity (AWS/Azure/GCP), and strong communication to guide clients from concept to deployment across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software architecture, solution design, or a related technical role, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML solutions.
• Proven experience designing and implementing scalable AI/ML systems on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions; experience in solution selling is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions, integrating various AI services and cloud infrastructure components.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, technical requirements, and strategic goals related to AI adoption.
• Develop comprehensive solution proposals, including technical designs, implementation roadmaps, and cost estimations.
• Provide expert guidance on AI/ML best practices, including model selection, data strategy, MLOps, and ethical AI considerations.
• Oversee the implementation and integration of AI solutions, ensuring successful deployment and client satisfaction.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI services for specific client use cases.
• Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies, trends, and best practices, and incorporate them into solution designs.
• Mentor junior architects and engineers, and contribute to the knowledge base of the AI practice.
