Placements24 is seeking an AI Software Engineer to join our Randburg, Gauteng team. You will design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-enabled software, collaborating with researchers to translate complex requirements into robust systems.

You will work on data processing, model training, and inference, using Python, Java, or C++, with cloud platforms and container tech, plus ML libraries, to deliver high-performance infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong Python programming with Flask/Django experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with AI/ML concepts and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience with distributed systems and SQL/NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities
